The course begins with an online assessment which provides a graphic description of current selling strengths and development opportunities such as in this example below. Once the participant has completed the assessment, there is an e-learning course available for each of the skill categories listed. Some individuals , particularly newer salespeople, will want to complete each of the 20 available courses. This is a major commitment representing more than 40 hours of online learning time.
Participants have access to the complete course for a full 365 days so there is plenty of time to complete all of the modules within the program.
